Annual Events
OB-PS members meet every year in a different location around the world. The OB-PS Board and staff work closely with the Member Organization in the country to ensure that OB-PS members have the opportunity to see some of the work of the local Girl Guides and Girl Scouts. At the members’ meetings, they are kept informed about the work of WAGGGS and the ways in which OB-PS is supporting the work.
The Annual Event always has, as part of its programme, a presentation ceremony, when new members are presented to HRH Princess Benedikte, and receive their membership certificate and insignia.
In 2007, the Annual Event will be in Iceland and in 2008 we will be visiting Canada.
