The Olave Baden-Powell Society (OB-PS) supports the Mission of the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts (WAGGGS): to enable girls and young women to develop their fullest potential as responsible citizens of the world.

OB-PS members invest in the future - future leadership by young women, who will lead their families, communities, countries and the world.

These OB-PS individuals make an investment with a guaranteed return - funds support the work of international Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting worldwide, using a proven and established delivery network to get results.

The Society honours donors, and recognizes the value that these donations make in the lives of girls and young women all over the world.

The Olave Baden-Powell Society, formed in 1984, is named after Olave, Lady Baden-Powell, the World Chief Guide who was so dedicated to the advancement of Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting around the world.

HRH Princess Benedikte of Denmark is the active, involved Patron of the Society, with the same dedication to the advancement of girls through Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting.
