You would be supporting the world’s largest organization for girls and young women in its essential work.

You would be joining a unique, international Society with members in 55 countries:

from Argentina and Australia ...            ....to Zimbabwe

You would be invited to receive your insignia from our Patron, HRH The Princess Benedikte of Denmark at a special presentation ceremony.

New members are invited to explain in a few words why they decided to join the Society and a citation is being read out when each one of them is being presented to HRH The Princess Benedikte of Denmark at every OB-PS Annual Event.

You would be invited to the Society’s annual events held each year in a different region of the world: after Vancouver this April, we shall be going to Seoul, Korea in September 2009 where we shall also celebrate our 25th Anniversary.

And...you would have the opportunity to meet many like-minded OB-PS members of many nationalities. United in their diversity, OB-PS members have one thing in common:

They see an investment in Girl Guiding/Girl Scouting as an investment in the future
